The device’s True RMS capabilities mean that readings for AC parameters are more representative of real outputs whilst the T5-1000 also automatically detects whether voltage is AC or DC, thus saving time when carrying out inspections.The most prominent feature of the Fluke T5-1000 is its fixed-jaw clamp which can slot easily around wires to take measurements for AC current.
