There were few moments as satisfying as Darth Vader’s arrival in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story™. It seems like the whole movie is building to Darth Vader. We were all on the edge of our seats as he walked through the smoke to greet Director Krennic™. All that Krennic cares about is his good standing with the Emperor. He wants to meet the Emperor. He wants Darth Vader to recognize his efforts, and mention them to the Emperor. And yet, he is incredibly short sighted. Next, we will draw the legs of our character. The thighs will be represented as massive tubes which become thinner towards the knees. The calves and shins will be represented by convex curve lines connecting the knees to the ankles. The knees will be represented by ellipses and I recommend drawing the feet with simple geometric shapes. • STEP 3 – DRAWING THE ARMS After the Grand Inquisitor's death, Vader became a more active participant in the hunt for the Lothal rebels and their Jedi. He set a trap for the freedom fighters and easily bested Kanan Jarrus and Ezra Bridger in lightsaber combat, though the Jedi survived the encounter. Vader also single-handedly wiped out most of Phoenix Squadron, but it was during this battle that he made a startling discovery: Ahsoka Tano lived. Use the helmet as a reference for paper crafts or create a LEGO Star Wars helmet inspired by the iconic Darth Vader mask. Who is Darth Vader? The Clone Wars continued, and Anakin became a hero and grew vastly in power. Upon returning to Coruscant from a daring rescue of the Supreme Chancellor, the Jedi Knight found that Senator Padmé Amidala, his secret wife, was pregnant. Shortly thereafter, he began suffering visions that she would die in childbirth. Anakin was determined to prevent his dreams from coming true as they had with his mother; at the same time, the Jedi Council and Supreme Chancellor Palpatine had become distrustful of each other, with Anakin caught in the middle. As Anakin’s confusion and anxiety grew, Palpatine told him a Sith legend that spoke of the ability to stop people from dying. Entranced, Anakin was desperate to learn this power. Palpatine revealed himself to be a Sith Lord, Darth Sidious, and promised to train him in the ways of the dark side.

Even watching it now, even knowing the twist, this famous Darth Vader line sends shivers down your spine. How could a father fight with his own son like this? How could he endanger him, or subject him to the hell that the Emperor wants for him? How could he cut off his own son’s hand? It might be the most popular line in the whole trilogy, and one of the most misquoted lines of all time, but it also might not be Darth Vader ‘s most interesting quote. Also, we will paint some hard reflections on the helmet. We will use the same light grey color, but we will paint these reflections with hard edges. • STEP 11 – PAINTING THE SHADOWSIn A New Hope, Darth Vader speaks down about the incredible technology of the battle station, which is rather counterintuitive. It is the technology of his suit that keeps him alive. It is the technology of his battle stations and of the Empire that have allowed them to rise to power. Really, it is technology that gives Darth Vader the ability to be Darth Vader. And yet, it seems that he distrusts it. Here, Darth Vader warns that it is only through manipulation of the Force that any of them have any real power. In this dark side quote, Darth Vader insists he must obey his master. Deep under the menacing voice, Darth Vader has a tinge of fear in his words. He has no say in the matter any longer. He must obey his master. For it is within the power of the dark side to see across the universe, even seeing through the eyes of another person.

Welcome to another drawing tutorial. In this tutorial, I am going to teach you how to draw Darth Vader in 2 different ways. Our character of interest for this tutorial, Darth Vader is a fictional villain in the Star Wars Movies. He is often referred to as Anakin Skywalker and in the Star Wars Cinematic Universe, he plays the role of the father of the protagonist, Luke Skywalker Episode IV: A New Hope™ sees the fall of Obi-Wan Kenobi™, one of the few Jedi left in the galaxy. The Jedi are focused on truth and honesty, and have been constant defenders against the great evil of the Empire. When Kenobi died, so did a large portion of hope held by the Rebellion. The cape will be drawn coming from the shoulders and opening flying towards the sides of the character. The fact that the cape will be drawn this way will help us give dynamis to the character, even if the character is an static position. The lightsaber will be drawn in the left hand, with the pommel ending in a laser blade. • STEP 7 – DRAWING THE FINAL LINEARTSVG:Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Designer Edition, Adobe Illustrator & Suite, Inkscape, Corel Draw and more. The mask also has a symbolic significance. It represents Vader’s transformation from Anakin Skywalker, a Jedi Knight, to a Sith Lord. The mask covers Vader’s face and hides his emotions, making him appear more menacing and intimidating. It also serves as a reminder of the pain and suffering that Vader endured, both physically and emotionally, in his journey to the dark side. A New Hope shows Darth Vader in all his power and glory, and while this quote could be considered a continuation of number 3 on this list, there’s something particularly striking about this moment. This is about faith. It’s easy to forget that the mythical Force is rooted in religious belief and studies. Grand Moff Tarkin™ believes Vader to be one of the very last followers of the religion. Darth Vader’s mask has a significant historical significance in the Star Wars universe. It was created by the Sith Lord, Darth Sidious, to keep Vader alive after he was severely injured in a duel with Obi-Wan Kenobi. The mask was designed to provide Vader with a life-support system that would help him breathe and maintain his bodily functions. Once we have gotten the outline of our Darth Vader character, for the fun part, we will now dress him up like the Sith Villain he is. Using the dummy we created on the previous steps, we will draw the helmet, chest plate, shoulder plates, belt, gloves, and high boots. • STEP 6 – PAINTING THE CAPE AND LIGHTSABER
