If the floral notes were prominent, and the sweetness, vanilla, and patchouli toned down, I would probably like this right now. On my carded sample it is described as black musk, I wonder what that may be, perhaps some specific musk aroma-chemical family. For example, some top note citrus scents smell stronger immediately upon application, while a lavender middle note may be sensed after some time from application as the top note evaporates. The funny association - sometimes it feels, like RT with a warm bowl of porridge, steaming on the background, with plums and vanilla sugar in it.

These pulse zones have a higher temperature than the rest of the body, helping the fragrance evaporate more slowly. This one, unfortunately, is not for me simply for the fact that it turns into a patchouli bomb on my skin. Like any jewel in perfumery, GOLDEA THE ROMAN NIGHT follows the line of all the GOLDEA bottles, hiding its essence in a flamboyant and majestic black bottle with golden appliqués.

This is not bad, i like it more than the original Roman Night, but i have a weird feeling about this perfume, i feel like it had something important to say, but didn‘t had the courage to finish delivering the message.

Let's say that perhaps all the top notes have gone swallowed up by the scorching temperatures of my car, before the air conditioning made its effect, but in no way does it remind me of purely nightly bold scents. It consists of a distinctive collection of ingredients in its three layers: sensual orange blossom, liquorous black plum, Madagascar vanilla, captivating black musk, modern crystal moss and blackberry intoxicating patchouli.
