I have only found regular Cars underwear so far, not Cars 2 (it needs to have that "2" for Max's approval). I’m trying to potty train almost 3 year old boy/girl twins right now, and they keep swapping who wants to pee on the floor and who actually wants to use the potty. Max now refers to himself now as Cars 2 Max, which is perhaps less catchy than Purple Max but does roll off the tongue more easily than Max Eats Spaghetti Sauce and Purple Car Wash Spaghetti Max. Although with my older kids, I would take them every 20 minutes or so, but also would make them sit on the potty chair if they were going to watch a show on TV. Every time it comes up people tell us to just put him in underwear and let him feel how uncomfortable it is when he pees himself.

Part of the progress was due to the bright red Lightning McQueen toilet seat reducer, and an offhand suggestion one day that the great Lightning McQueen himself runs on ‘petrol pee’. I snatched up your potty chart – my 2YO is on the brink of potty training and he adores Lightening McQueen. Every time he’s asked I let him know he had to try to use the potty if he wanted to play with those toys, and every times he readily works at pulling down his pants and sitting on the potty with no complaints. It’s best to avoid doing it at a time when there are any big changes or disruptions to your child’s or family’s routine.

He is dry more often than not, but he is such a heavy sleeper that it does not wake him up either before, or after he has soaked the bed. Anyway, we found some Cars TWO bedding and lucky for me, Party City had Cars 2 stuff for his birthday party on Saturday. I will gladly dress up as Lightening McQueen and offer Max a million dollars for going potty if you'll come to our house dressed up as Angelina Ballerina and do the same for Malayna!

We continued to remind him that if he needed to go that he should stop and go to the bathroom to use the toilet. We didn’t have a problem with pee, because we let my son run naked in the backyard and pee to his little heart’s content. He has made a willful decision that he would rather stay in pull-ups and make Mommy and Daddy change him like his baby brother than use the potty. Weeks on end of screaming due to constipation and that was all it took and I felt like a freak holding this infant over the toilet a few times a day. Last time we tried ( in August,) Noah had a crippling fear of letting any output from his body fall into the toilet.We did, however, have to remind him that while it’s ok to pee outside while you’re outside, you don’t purposely go outside just to pee. Whether washing or storing, cooking or baking, stowing or transporting: Our products are for everything and everyone. My second is going to be 2 in May so I have the joy of knowing I will experience this all over again!
