Dual-wishbone independent suspension (a little bit too hard on the rear wheels, with decent travel all-around) is found on all wheels, with the front ones steered through a hand-of-god knob behind the cabin.

Because of the battery box and spoiler mechanism, the rear of the vehicle is replete with poor color choice and worse gaps. this is an excellent product, which, as with all lego products, comes with a superb set of step by step instructions. Most Technic sets, like 9398 and 42029 and 42043 and a million more, have pretty non-existent interiors, but for this car it looks like they actually put a tiny bit of effort into it. The build process is fairly engaging yet still pretty simple as compared to more recent Technic sets.

The first 2 "auto chassis" on the left were primitive by modern standards, without even a body and without full suspension. he spent most of the day building it and although its meant for slightly older kids, he had no problems working out what went where.

The CV joint "dogbone" system is used here which allows the pivot points of the drive axle to be in the same plane as the suspension pivots, as it should be. ricordo con nostalgia quando li regalavano a me, ho passato le giornate a giocare coi mattoncini prima e col technic poi, a 30 anni di distanza posso dire che con buona probabilità questo gioco ha contribuioto allo sviluppo della mia manualità e della mia creatività, penso che nell'era di console e videogame questo sia uno dei giochi più sani che rimangano in circolazione, ogni bambino dovrebbe ricevere in regalo questi giochi anche se ammetto che non sono a buon mercato e non lo sono mai stati.
