Adds a little extra time but 1000% worth it for not having to re-wipe the doors under wing mirrors, especially if you’re applying a ceramic coating.
No pff or ceramic coating, but I tend to blow the wing mirrors and around the badges, all the door gaps, then use a spray wet wax and cloth. Synthetic chamois can be ineffective in soaking up water and natural chamois can remove wax protection. Something I’ve learned recently, slap an old towel on the windscreen before wet waxing, stops the screen getting wax on it and then use the towel to wipe it afterwards, comes up perfect!
