To continue with our 4th Anniversary celebration, we brewed an extra kettle hop and extra dry hopped version of King Julius! Prepare your palate for the delectable flavors of milk chocolate and fudge, laced with caramel undertones and a warming finish of bourbon and apple brandy. We have brewed 17 different stout recipes, aged them in a variety of barrels, and then always thoughtfully selected and blended to achieve our goals, whether it be Beer : Barrel : Time, a new blend of Derivation or the Barrel-Aged Stouts by Shared Brewing.By gently decanting the Zenne y Frontera, the aroma of this unique lambik will evolve from vividly tangy to a complex nutty and fully fruity bouquet. Each year at the festival of Wood and Barrel Aged Beer in Chicago, drinkers enjoy hundreds of wood aged beers. So, back in March of 2020, we brewed up a special batch that would be laid to rest in freshly emptied 19 year Elijah Craig barrels.

This iconic Champagne house was founded by wine trader Charles Moet in Epernay in 1743; it was remaned Moet et Chandon in 1833 after Pierre-Gabriele Chandon de Briailles joined the company as a partner of Jean-Remy Moët, Claude Moët's grandson. Though the latter is somewhat self-explanatory, cuvée is referring to the first pressed or most desirable grape juice in the production and can often denote higher quality. Caramel and toffee flavors blend together with bold notes of bourbon delivered in a smooth body followed by a malty finish. It gets its sparkle from being twice fermented in the bottle via a technical and labour-intensive practice often referred to as méthode traditionnelle. Produced under the direction of chef de cave Benoït Gouez (Wine Enthusiast Winemaker of Year in 2013), it has flavors of almonds and toast, with crisp acidity.These unique expressions allowed our ever-changing perception of what Barleywine is to be explored and revealed to you through our precise blending of double barrel-aged and triple barrel-aged Barleywine. The list shows the top beers, based on our weighted average formula, which effectively rates all beers against each-other. More than 100 wines are used in the blend to enhance maturity and complexity while maintaining the distinguished Moët style. Toasted hazelnut and smoke notes are rich and focused in this harmonious version, layered with flavors of pastry, passion fruit pâte de fruit and candied ginger.
