Already really enjoyed the first three volumes but volumes 4-6 got me completely invested in the story.

Author Kentaro Miura even said he saw the series more as a shoujo (girl's comics) because of its over arching theme of love and despair. I loved the friendship moments we get with Gus and how he is held responsible for his mistakes because of Casca.
