About this deal

And sometimes, that's all it takes-one person who's willing to listen to your heart, to the sound no one else has ever tried to hear."

Archer and Bree, without a doubt, have become one of my favorite couples. They make me believe in love during the times I don't, and they bring comfort to the times I feel like love is dying. Fictional or not, love stories like these bring a sense of comfort to me. There is something beautiful about finding your soulmate in the places you least expected to. It suddenly occurred to me that Archer Hale had taught himself an entire language, but hadn't had a single person to talk to. Until me.”

I'm here for you. I'm here because of you. I'm here because you saw me, not just with your eyes, but with your heart. I'm here because you wanted to know what I had to say and because you were right...everyone does need friends.” i found her story sad. it was like ”ok wow i did not see that coming” then it kinda just went to shit and i was underwhelmed by how her story was solved

i went into this book without knowing anything, i know i‘m late to the trend but i‘m glad i finally made myself read the book. they‘re the softest couple to ever exist, so raw, so heart-wrenching and so beautiful together. i just wanted to hug both of them the entire time. seriously, what was up with that?? travis was root problem to majority of the shit between bree and archer. so why was it just swept under the rug. i am conflicted uhhh Your male leads don’t follow the “formula.” When you look at Christian Grey, Gideon Cross, Damien Stark, Jesse Ward, etc…there’s the same formula. Uber rich, playboy, broken, alpha male falls for pretty yet insecure girl who doesn’t get how beautiful she really is. We love our broken alpha males (after all I am spending the weekend with The Lord of the Manor), but we appreciate something different.

I am happy to report that Mia sold the screenplay so hopefully we’ll soon see this on the big screen. bree escapes her home town to find peace in the small town pelion, maine. right on her first day, she collides with archer hale, a man who is ignored by everyone. of course that has peaked her interest so she seeks him out and since then, everything started rolling. Archer is hesitant to let Bree in. He has been isolated and secluded for so long, he finds it hard to be around her at first. Bree Prescott is a very determined individual. She knows what she wants, and she wants to be friends with Archer Hale. She hates the way everyone in town sees him, but Archer doesn’t seem to mind. She only wishes everyone could get to know the real Archer. The Archer she’s come to know. This was one of the most heartwarming, emotional, and beautiful books that Mia Sheridan has written. This was a rollercoaster of emotions, I cried, laughed, giggled, and literally I had the best time ever reading this. She did an amazing job of telling us a story entailing a journey through healing, and finding solace in another person. To say this was amazing would be an understatement, this book really gets you in the feels. You can’t help but feel for the characters, form a bond with them, and ultimately love them. Someday, when we're old and gray, I'm going to look at you lying in bed beside me, just like this, and I'm going to look into your eyes and know that it's only ever been you. And that is going to be the great joy of my life, Bree Prescott.”

Mia Sheridan is, without a doubt, one of the most talented authors I've ever read. Her stories are unique, her writing is beautiful, and I've loved every single book she's written. Grayson's Vow was no exception."-- Aestas Book BlogThis book took me through every possible emotion. I laughed, I cried, I fell in love. The story was slow building but perfectly paced for this story -- taking the time to fully develop Archer and Bree's connection to each other, and the reader's connection to them. It felt real and I experienced every moment right alongside them. I think love is a concept, and each person has an individual word for what sums it up for them. My word for love is Bree." Your leading men are not automatically rich alpha males. You introduce Leo as an awkward teen, Carson is a porn star, and then there’s our beloved Archer. We fall in love with your guys because you show us their journey…where they’ve been and what they’ve become. Why the story kept me reading : I liked Archer. I liked the setup of how Bree and Archer got to know each other. I especially liked seeing Archer come out of his shell and become a stronger person than he was pegged for. He also had the ability to learn things fast, which was super convenient for bedroom times. Bree and Archer together are magnificent. Everything between them was beautiful and genuine. Their friendship turned relationship was wonderful to watch grow and develop. It is a rarity, but when I find a book where I love the hero and the heroine equally, it makes me a very happy reader. That is the case here. Bree is sweet, strong, understanding, patient and kind. She is sincere. The way she treated Archer with kindness and respect from the start made me love her even more. Then there is Archer Hale. The silent, beautiful man who stole Bree’s heart. Archer is broken, awkward, shy and enigmatic. He is not your typical hero, but that only made me love him more. He had the sweetest soul and that is what made me fall in love with this beautiful broken man. The love, the chemistry, the friendship, the communication, the attraction and the understanding made their relationship special.

i'll just show you guys a little snippet of the stripper scene because again, i don't wanna be alone with this pain:

I know I'm probably the last person you want to see right now, but I thought if I sat on your porch, you wouldn't be scared. You wouldn't be alone.” Then I would have come for you. I would have fought for you. But don’t you see, I had to fight for myself first. I had to feel like I was someone worthy of winning you. Why I wanted to read this book : I heard there was a beta male. I might have a wee bit of an obsession with beta males at the moment. Let me tell you. Y’all are sleeping on Archer Hale. He is top tier book boyfriend material. He walked to her house in a thunderstorm to make sure that she would not be alone because he knows she hates them. He fixed her front step because it was dangerous. He even went through bags of chips to find the ones (the folded over chips) because he knew they were her favourite. and funny story, when i was rereading this, i manifested for a Travis book because, ya know, i have a thing for villains with redemption arcs because why not right? but anyways, i want him to have his own book because he really needs to make up for it after years of neglecting Archer and that stripper incident i still haven't forgiven him to this day. so anywho, my point of all this is that i manifested for this book and the book is coming out in july... that means i'm basically a ✨ wizard ✨
