About this deal

We believed (and still do) that comprehensive and targeted action on these areas will result in greater inclusion at live music events, and enable event organisers to better serve their disabled customers. Your mind is a computer that can be programmed. You can choose whether the software installed is productive or unproductive. Your inner dialogue is the software that programs your attitude, which determines how you present yourself to the world around you. You have control over the programming. Whatever you put into it is reflected in what comes out.

That said, on average I wouldn't necessarily say that this was a bad book. I managed to go through it in roughly 2 hours, mostly due to the engaging writing style. Plus I have to give the author credit, going from a stressful job as a lawyer to that of a motivational speaker, AND becoming successful at it; quite an achievement. I have 20 years of experience in the music and live events industries, working as a Live Events producer with clients including Sky Arts, Sony, Google & Doc Martens leading their music based experiential projects. I also work producing large scale electronic music festivals such as Eastern Electrics, Maiden Voyage & Boiler Room Festival. Please read the attached Summit Charter for Change: the principal legacy of the Summit. If your organisation is happy to sign up to the Charter, please confirm by putting a cross in the box below. Implement practical changes to make festival workplaces and festival volunteering accessible to disabled people. Please enter the exact wording of the commitment/s, including details of others who has supported its development (75 words limit): The 2022 festival season saw a mixed picture when it came to disabled people easily accessing and enjoying outdoor events. In response, we have partnered with the Association of Independent Festivals (AIF), the Association of Festival Organisers (AFO) and the British Arts Festival Association (BAFA) to support their combined memberships of 200 festivals to play their part in making 2023 the most accessible summer yet. Essentially, I am working on the Beyond The Music and Future Leaders initiatives. The aim of the Future Leaders initiatives is to empower aspiring music and live events industry professionals who identify as deaf, disabled or neurodivergent to become leaders in their chosen fields, which is something that I’m certainly very passionate about! Our survey found that, despite progress being made, a range of barriers still existed. Of more than 300 respondents:

This Book 'ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING: CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE... CHANGE YOUR LIFE' written by Jeff Keller is an excellent book on Self Help genre. The author has written this book in a very simple language- user friendly to the reader with practically applicable solutions to achieve your goals. This Book goes around the major principle of development of one's personality - the congruence of Thoughts, Words, Actions which are actually very crucial for any successful person. It comprises of beautiful motivational quotes taken from varied sources, seems the author has done a wide research before writing. In short, this is a collective encyclopedia of all Self Help books that you can read but in a short and sweet form of its own. As I mentioned above, whether you have a positive attitude or not, will affect the action you take. When we take action and achieve a desired outcome, we further expand our mind to possibilities, which furthers our positivity. And you’ll see why, in just a moment, that having a positive attitude is necessary for you to be able to have the other two attitudes we’re going to discuss. 2. Attitude of Gratitude Think of any great athlete – they aren’t walking around with a bad attitude. They may have a chip on their shoulder, and be hyper competitive, but they tend to be positive people. And that positivity opens them up to possibility, which deepens their drive to be great. As they continue to pursue greatness, they become more confident, which partner fuels their beliefs about possibilities. And the cycle continues. So, if you’re struggling with a bad attitude, seek to become great at something and see if that doesn’t change. Bottom Line Regular monitoring of academic standards is carried out through a review of assessment materials and student outcomes via the organisations’ exam boards or equivalent. By March 2022 we will aim to increase participation of disabled women on our programmes G. Commitments for people with disabilities in Humanitarian ContextsAbleism shouldn’t have to be a barrier to having a sustainable career within music. In August 2023 I joined Attitude is Everything to create better access for Deaf, Disabled and Neurodivergent Artist within Live Music. As part of my role, I drive the development of streams of work including of the Next Stage artists community of 260+ disabled artists, 10 Artist Ambassadors, Talent Development Group of funders and lead artist development campaigning work including Just Ask. Drawing on 18 years of experience in this area at the time, and the findings of the survey, we highlighted the5 key elements needed to ensure an equal booking experience for Deaf and disabled music fans. Attitude is Everything is a book based on Jeff Keller's journey of being a motivational speaker. Being a lawyer, he was doing well, but something is amiss. He decides to make a gradual transition and start working as a full-time motivational orator in 1992.
