Please note that YES OB plant-oil based is not compatible with condoms, all oils (natural or synthetic) seem to dissolve latex. YES VM use about 5ml (a teaspoon full). Put it on where the dryness occurs and depending on the severity of your dryness you may need to use the product more frequently. YES WB is very soothing and can calm sore itchy tissues as well.
