Each lot is put up for sale subject to any reserve price placed by the vendor. Where there is a reserve price (but not otherwise) the Auctioneer may bid on behalf of the vendor.

We collect information about disability status to the extent an employee may need special assistance from us or first responders during emergencies. We may convert personal information into deidentified information using reasonable measures to ensure that the deidentified information cannot be associated with the individual (“Deidentified Information”). We will maintain Deidentified Information in a deidentified form. Ashley Waller Limited reserve the right to refuse to transfer the vendor and proceeds of sale of goods to a third party vendor after the auction has been held.

Ashley Waller Ltd do not accept responsibility for the authenticity, attribution, genuineness, origin, authorship, date, age, period, condition or quality of any lot, unless they have been instructed in writing by the vendor so to certify, and in such case the Auctioneers do so as agents of the vendor and are not themselves responsible for such claims. Our Staff have a host of experience and knowledge, they continually drive themselves to enhance and develop their understanding so we can offer you the best advice around for both white and brown goods. All goods are put up for sale without reserve at the Auctioneer’s discretion unless clear written instruction on an entry form as to reserves are received by Ashley Waller Ltd prior to the commencement of the sale. With respect to religion and pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and related medical conditions, we use the information as necessary for accommodations under applicable law. We may use information about an employee’s sex life only to the extent relevant and necessary for a legitimate Ashley investigation and only if permitted by law (e.g., as needed to investigate allegations of sexual harassment).
