Due to an exciting period of growth we are seeking to employ peripatetic counsellors to work with children and young people. Successful candidates will form part of a dedicated and professional team. The majority of sessions will be delivered face-to-face. During the current COVID-19 crisis, sessions may need to be delivered remotely by telephone, video and online chat. The role may also include working with small groups of young people or parents. For Remote contracts, the majority of delivery will be after 4pm weekdays, or Saturday morning or Sunday evening. It may be possible to deliver some sessions during weekday hours. This is a role which presents real opportunity for growth, development and career progression for the right person. a minimum of 500 hours post qualifying supervised counselling practice working with children and young people.

Forming a key role within the TIC+ Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Clinical Operations will be a dynamic, empathetic, values driven, supportive leader who is excited by the opportunity of helping to develop an innovative, transformational service ensuring the best possible outcomes for children, young people and their families. They will have at least two-three years’ experience managing and developing services, and staff teams at a senior level, ideally (but not essentially) within a clinical or mental health setting.
