Cleaning the inside of AGAs, light and coloured metals, painted surfaces (including painted enamel) or self-cleaning ovens. We also recommend patch testing on stainless steel as this product may not be suitable for all stainless steel surfaces. While this cleaner does have some chemicals in its formula (sodium xylenesulfonate and sodium silicate), it’s one of the few products that doesn’t require wearing gloves. It also smells agreeably citrusy.

Aim to clean your oven at least every three months, or whenever you notice burnt-on dirt accumulating. Smoke building up when you're baking is another sign that you need to dig out the oven cleaner. To remove baked-on grease and grime and restore your oven to its former glory, just brush on the highly effective gel, leave it to work its magic for between 3 minutes and 3 hours (depending on just how grimy your oven’s got) then wipe it away. That’s it! You’ll be amazed at the difference a single treatment makes – and by how little effort it takes to achieve a super-shiny finish.

Prepared to be, well, astonished at the results from this humble pot of paste. This cleaner swaps harsh chemicals for orange oil so you get a nicer scent than other products and it can be used all over the oven, including the door. Unlike some other oven cleaners which require a lot of elbow grease and have a horrible, acrid smell, Oven Mate’s powerful, biodegradable cleaning formula removes even the most stubborn baked-on fat and oil with no need to scrub, and it’s odourless and fume-free too. If you're tired of looking at the burnt-on grime and grease in your oven and are looking for a cleaner that gets the job done! Well, thanks to eSpares, your search may be over! Oven Mate’s powerful gel formula makes light work of stubborn grease and burnt-on food, with no scrubbing required. Just paint it on, let it work its magic, then simply wipe it off to reveal an oven that looks like it’s just been newly installed. What could be simpler? Heat-activated, steam-clean wipes that make light work of cleaning your microwave. Steam – for less than a minute – leave to cool, then wipe. Even burnt-on food will lift effortlessly away, leaving your microwave smelling lemony fresh.

For the most thorough results, use a specially designed oven cleaner. Follow the instructions on its label, let fresh air flow through your kitchen and always wear rubber gloves. Many steam cleaners claim they can be used for oven cleaning, and that might work if your oven is only very lightly soiled.
