Yes, Road Hero is supplied with new nuts or bolts, whichever is appropriate. These do need to be used with Road Hero. The original equipment bolts are not suitable. The wheel size in inches just describes the diameter of the metal wheel. When used with a tyre of the correct size according to the manufacturer, the overall diameter of the wheel with tyre fitted is identical. So a 17" wheel has a tyre with larger sidewalls to be the same size as a 20" wheel with tyre of smaller sidewall height. Many 1 series owners opt for non-runflat tyre as many of the latest 1-Series no longer have these fitted as standard. A lot of 1 Series do not come with a spare wheel as standard so BMW provide a puncture repair kit which will get you home if your tyre becomes punctured.
