Next we have one of the most bizarre minifigures that LEGO have every produced, the puppet that turned into a boy, Pinocchio! For accessories, Pinochhio comes with Cleo, Geppetto’s goldfish which is printed on a trans-clear minifigure head.
Robin Hood was one of my favorite Disney movies when I was a kid. So, it’s fun to have this character in Minifigure form. While the sac and coin accessories certainly make sense as inclusions in the blind bag, I do find myself wishing the character came with Sir Hiss instead. A slight modification to the Nagini/Python mold to accommodate a hat would have worked. Slap on a little cloth cape and you would have a great Sir Hiss. Robin Hood Up next is the villain from The Princess and the Frog, it’s Dr Facilier. This one should be a fairly straightforward Minifigure for LEGO to produce, but that doesn’t mean he’ll be any less awesome. Similarly, we hope that there is a Goofy Minifigure included. There is a criminally small number of Goofy Minifigures out there, with only 3 having ever been released! I know this is a popular character with many people. However, I am rather unexcited about it. I saw Lilo and Stitch once and that was enough for me. I barely remember the film. Plus, we already got a Stitch Minifigure in Disney series 1. With all the characters available in the Disney catalog, a rehash is not the best way to go for the 100th anniversary series. I feel like this wave should be filled with characters we’ve never gotten as Minifigures before. The Evil Queen Another prediction we made was that ‘ we have NEVER gotten a Snow White Minifigure before – only Mini-doll versions. It would be a great opportunity for LEGO to fill that obvious gap.‘

Robin Hood works remarkably well as a LEGO minifigure, and is such a classic Disney animated film with enduring appeal. It’s not hard to imagine how the overall aesthetic and design of the movie may have inspired LEGO’s own Forestmen theme, and you can also see how well Robin Hood fits into this world. And besides, while we weren’t on the money with our guesses, it’s nice to be surprised by what we will be getting. Final Thoughts We’ll start with the obvious character!
