Eventaully, thanks to her performance at the MalCon, having an active rol participating in all the panels, Ivy grows to feel more confidant of herself as a businesswoman and leader, however she slowly gets blinded by the idea of becoming a celebrity, focusing in signing books, doing photo sessions, ignoring Frank and her mentees. However, she later realizes she's becoming someone entirely different away from what she really is. By the end of Season 4, Ivy realizes she'd been naive and she never truly accomplished anything as CEO and no one took her in fact seriously. Ivy comes to understand she can't change anything by doing it in a world were she can't create new rules or change them. So, she resigns and chooses to create a new world doing it in her own way with Harley, becoming part of the Gotham City Sirens. It is unknown when she got her powers but she claims it was caused by "a freak accident in a lab". [7]
