Designed and manufactured right here at Armeg HQ using state of the art machinery, our Twister Channel Driver is available in two sizes – 17mm (suitable for use with M10 nuts and bolts), 19mm (suitable for use with M12 nuts and bolts). Both sizes feature: Tolerances for this process are extremely tight as the resin capsules used to fix the reservation in place allow minimal room for error. Using standard drill bits caused holes to be too deep or too shallow meaning they had to be drilled again, costing time and money. European grade tungsten carbide tips were then fixed with copper braze – the highest grade of braze for this application.
