After using up 15 mils of it in two weeks,now I feel different about Loverdose Tattoo.call me crazy but some perfumes seem to perform much better a few weeks after spraying them for the first time.I slso warm up it's bottle between my hands before spraying and it helps.it's not a faint perfume anymore Performance is ok, even though I consider this to be the most winter-oriented of the 3 loverdoses...the longevity and sillage are standard. So, I wore it a few days on the trot,just four spritz' and then a mist on my clothes and I was loving it on my skin! I could really catch the jasmine but for some reason I could smell violet, very odd but strangely nice (given that I hate violet normally! ) It was the vanilla and Tonka bean that shone through but I simply wasn't getting the milk or rice and was beginning to think Tattoo was just very synthetic and teenage like :-( Not my favourite of the 3 but PERFECT for cold weather. And it's DIFFERENT to other vanilla/tonka perfumes out there.

I love this one. But I do love milky vanilla scents. Specifically, cassis. Cassis is awesome when done well. It's fruity, dark, deep, and sweet. Just received my shipment. This would be a fantastic fragrance if it was just a little better thought through. Instead we get a pleasing milk-rice-vanilla mush all the way down. It'd be great as something another scent dried down into, or a fragrance's heart if there were other notes present that brought variety, but still made sense with the essence of the fragrance. I say this with Tattoo in mind -- a lot of the notes seem like an afterthought, thrown in under the pretence of giving this more substance.
