Enhanced through copper distillation, the smooth, fruity flavour of this distillate rounds off zesty juniper notes to create a velvety, slightly sweet gin. What does it smell of ? It’s summery – a slightly sweet smell but minty with a firm touch of lemon. The super-premium gin brand has now expanded its range to include Villa Ascenti Rosa. The expression is distilled with peaches, apricots, elderflower, hazelnut, achillea, Brachetto grapes and Tuscan juniper berries.

The gin is made at the Villa Ascenti distillery in Santa Vittoria, Italy, where production is overseen by master distiller Lorenzo Rosso, a trained winemaker and distiller who has more than 20 years of experience with Diageo.
