I tested the E4 on stuff like Quaker oats, coffee, quinoa, pet litter, sand, hair, Cheerios, and Fruit loops. As someone with long hair, I would recommend going with the ones that have a cleaning brush with detachable tips. This would be the S4 Max, S5 Max, and the whole S6 Series. Also, have a look at the S7. The E4 has 16% more airflow than the S6 Pure, 31.35% more than the S6 MaxV, and 19.2% more than the S5 Max at the highest power setting. Given that my issue isn't a "core" part of the device from their perspective (the mop) even though it's the reason why I paid a premium and bought their device, I'm extremely skeptical from the way the message was couched that they would do anything but break the device further, especially since they said if I sent the water tank, they would not return it!
