And then, in 2013, the band made pretty much every pop fan's dreams come true by combining with fellow boy band Busted to form super group McBusted. Over the last few months he has disarmed packed rooms of rowdy concert goers, leaving them silent as they hold fast to every syllable sung.

A routinely great artist, much of Sufjan's universal appeal comes from his skills as a gifted narrator, pairing personal musings on love and devotion with commentary on American culture, whilst welding folk and electronica, the ambient and existential. Power To Play’ has been produced by Danny, alongside the band’s good friend Jason Perry, and it’s filled to the brim with hair metal cheese, glam rock glitter, and a heavy metal attitude, that hints at Van Halen, Mötley Crue, Poison and Def Leppard.
