Newcastle United Foundation is an independent registered charity (Registered Charity Number: 1124896) using the power of football to connect, motivate and inspire people in our region. We will pilot the Autism Health Check (pre-appointment questionnaire and health checklist) from September to October 2020. A health checklist, for use by health professionals during the health check, has been developed in consultation with autistic adults, relatives and supporters and health professionals (through focus groups and interviews). As always, the Annual is packed full with interesting articles, looking at players and eras of days gone by and United's history.
