Of course a slight wobble and jerky can be added by the movement of the 24 images per second through a mechanism as well. The adorable Italian in his overalls trying to rescue a princess and fighting off things that I can’t even describe. It’s an uphill battle, to be sure, Mario ends up in an arena fight with Donkey Kong (voiced by Seth Rogen), there’s a sequence on Rainbow Road (anyone who’s played Mario Kart will appreciate the sequence) and even a face-off with Banzai Bill.

Black levels are extremely inky and deep and the animated textures in a mustache or the clothes really stand out. Used to be in the camp of physical media for movies and games, but as time went on and streaming became infinitely easier, I started gravitating towards the services.
